At Gardenbackyard, we stand behind the quality of every product. If you’re not satisfied, return your unused item within 30 days for a refund or exchange. We also offer a lifetime manufacturer warranty on applicable products.

30-Day Returns

You can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with labels intact.

  • Return Shipping: Paid by customer unless the item is incorrect or damaged.

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 3 business days after we receive the return.

To start a return, email us at sales@tbtool.shop with your order number and photos/videos of the item.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment (within 24 hrs): Full refund.

  • After Shipment: Reject the delivery to receive a refund minus shipping.

Returns for Faulty or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us for a replacement or refund. We may request images/videos for verification and provide a return label if needed.

Missing or Lost Orders

Suspect a missing package? Email us atsales@tbtool.shop with your order and tracking number. We’ll open a claim, which may take up to 7 days for confirmation.

Warranty Terms

  • Covered: Manufacturer defects

  • Not Covered: Wear & tear, misuse, or accidental damage

  • If you selected the wrong item, we’ll still help with a return or exchange, but you’ll need to cover return shipping.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos for warranty claims.
